Eat until you felt uncomfortably full?
Eat large amounts of food when you were not hungry?
Eat alone because you felt embarrassed about how much you were eating?
Feel guilty, depressed, or disgusted with yourself after binging?
Have you had minor bariatric survey within the last 2 years?
Are you on any mood stabilizers or stimulants?
